Tour Amenities
Our tours typically include:
- Accommodations in unique small inns wherever possible, based on double occupancy. A single supplement applies to individual travelers who wish a private room.
- All breakfasts
- Other meals as specified. (Alcoholic beverages are not included except as part of a wine tour/tasting event.)
- Services of guide plus support person
- Support vehicle (unless otherwise specified)
- Gratuities to local guides, meal servers for included meals, and hotel housekeeping staff
- Some scheduled group activities, ferries, tours, tastings, and experts, plus admissions to historic sites, conservation areas, and parks
- Baggage transport between destinations subject to reasonable limitations
- A pre-departure information package
Prices & Taxes
- All our prices are in Canadian Dollars. We accept payment in US dollars at the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment.
- A 5% Goods & Service Tax (GST) will be charged in addition to the price of the trip. A partial refund may be available to non-residents of Canada from the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, Excise Branch. Please visit www.ccra.gc.ca/visitors for details on the Visitor Rebate Program.
- The tour price does not include travel to and from the trip's starting point. We can arrange local accommodation at one of many quaint, friendly lodgings. You might want to take advantage of some additional opportunities for activities in the areas we are visiting. We can make these arrangements for an additional fee.
Reservations
- Please either complete the Trip Reservation Form on this website or contact us and we will mail the form to you. A deposit of $500.00 CDN per person is required for every tour reservation. Deposits may be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express, personal cheque, money order, or bank draft in Canadian dollars.

Upon receipt we will confirm your spot. Then we will mail you an invoice that details the balance owing. - The invoice for the balance of the cost of the trip is due in our
office 60 days prior to your departure date. With your authorization
we will automatically process the balance on your credit card when
it is due. If we have not received the balance by the due date,
we reserve the right to cancel your trip. Our cancellation policy
automatically applies without prior notice.
*Important note*: When you return your completed Trip Reservation Form and deposit to us, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard to you or other travelers.
Your Health
- Any travel involves risks - and rewards - beyond those encountered at home. We promise to take the hassle out of a great motorcycling experience. In return, we count on you to be healthy and fit, to have read our pre-trip materials, and to be prepared for the unexpected.
- Please ensure that your health insurance provider provides coverage for you for medical treatment in Ontario. If you are not covered, we can provide you with an application for visitor coverage.
- As with all travel, there are other risks associated with the trips. These risks include, but are not limited to, theft, loss of property, or damage to property. Please be aware of these risks and bring with you only what you really need. Make certain that you are protected by insurance.
- A sense of fun and adventure
- Valid Motorcycle License (passengers excepted)
- DOT or Snell-approved helmet; full face strongly recommended
- Proper riding boots
- Riding gloves
- Motorcycle Jacket leather or cordura
- Long heavy pants
- Rainsuit as necessary
- Riding while you are impaired in any manner is not allowed and is grounds for immediate cancellation of your tour without a refund.
Rentals
At Trillium Motorcycle Tours, we specialize in providing
incredible tours; we do not rent motorcycles. We would like you to join
us, however, and can direct you to the appropriate resource. GTA Exotic Car and Bike Rentals has a variety of makes and models to suit your riding style - from sport bikes to cruisers. www.gtaexotics.ca Ph: 416-253-2180 Cell: 416-992-9809. Their Toronto office is located at 1049 The Queensway, Toronto ON M8Z 1R1. 2 lights east of Kipling, 2 lights west of Islington on the South side.
If you'd like to arrange a Harley rental , please call Harley-Davidson of Toronto at (416) 703-4647 . They're located on Front Street, west of Spadina . After hours voice messages can be left at Ext. 227. You may also send an email to rentals@harleytoronto.com . Availability of some models can be limited so we encourage you to make your rental reservation as early as possible.If you require rental of a helmet only, arrangements can be made through

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

61 - 90 days
25% of invoice total
31 - 60 days
50% of invoice total
30 days or less
Full amount of the trip
- Clients who fail to sign and provide our Waiver (Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement) and/or personal information forms prior to departure will not be allowed to participate, and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
- All sales for Day Trips, workshops and teleclasses are final and no refunds will be issued. If you cancel prior to 2 weeks before the event or the event is cancelled because of weather conditions, a credit will be issued for the full amount that can be applied towards a future event.
- There is no refund for arriving late for a trip or leaving early.
- Trillium Motorcycle Tours Inc. reserves the right to cancel any trip due to low enrolment, or if we feel the quality of the trip or the safety of travelers would be compromised. Should this happen we will contact you one month before the start of your trip and return all payments in full.
- Trillium Motorcycle Tours Inc. will not be held responsible for any losses incurred on account of non-refundable tickets or extra expenses due to travel delays, flight cancellation, or illness.
- Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including those due to weather or personal emergencies. We highly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance to protect your travel investment from any eventualities.
Participation Waiver
- When we receive your deposit you will receive an information package about the tour you have booked. It will include some information requests about your medical condition, eating preferences, etc. for us to ensure your comfort along the way.
- We ask that you return these questionnaires promptly, along with the signed Waiver, affirming that you have read and accept our terms and conditions. A trip reservation is subject to cancellation if these materials are not returned in a timely manner.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour at any time if his or her behaviour constitutes a hazard to the well being and/or safety of the group.
Website Accuracy
- Every effort has been made to ensure that the information on our website and in our printed materials is complete, accurate, and current. Mistakes, however, are sometimes made.
- Trillium Motorcycle Tours Inc. is not liable for any errors or omissions provided on our website, third-party websites, or in our printed materials. All information should be confirmed directly with our office.
Privacy Statement
Your privacy is important to us. Only authorized personnel and third-party partners participating in administering and conducting our business will view your reservation, orders, or account information. Trillium Motorcycle Tours Inc. will never sell or disclose any customer information - including your e-mail address - to any other organization.
We will protect your information with appropriate safeguards and security measures. When we collect information about you we will always explain how we intend to use your personal data. We will limit the information we collect to what we need for those purposes, and we will use it only for those purposes. If we wish to use your information for any other reason we will always obtain your consent beforehand.
We will give you access to the information we retain about you and will make every reasonable effort to keep your information accurate and up-to-date.
